How Jigsaw’s plugin went from low adoption to indispensable.
I redesigned the core diagramming experience of Jigsaw's Word and PowerPoint plugin to improve usability and workflow efficiency. Simultaneously, I built a brand new glossary tool in response to a strategic client request, securing a critical contract renewal in the process.

The goal was to redesign the core plugin experience for legal and financial professionals, making complex diagramming workflows more intuitive and introducing a new glossary tool that directly addressed a strategic client need.
